Paving Crew

Being a member of one of Senn's paving crews is a very rewarding experience. Our paving crews apply a smooth asphalt surface to our projects. The positions are reke/setup person, paver operator, screed operator, break down roller operator, and finish roller operator.  Every one of these positions are important and we often cross train between them.

Grading Crew

Whether it's a town road, residential driveway, commercial parking lot, or city street, grading is the first critical step in our process of paving any project.  Grading crews typically consist of two to three people operating a variety of excavating, grading, and compaction equipment to get the grade set properly.  We often say "Blacktop is only as good as what is underneath it".  The grading crews ensure that the base is stable, compacted, and draining properly on every job.
